At Proto Glass & Mirror Ltd., we always welcome qualified individuals to join our company. We are currently hiring for the following position(s):

Glass & Mirror Technician
Proto Glass offers competitive compensation and benefits package to Reporting to the President of the company, successful candidate will be working with a team of technicians that will be responsible for:

• Cutting glass & mirror products to customized sizes

• Operate machinery to straight polish and bevel edges, create customized shapes, drill holes into glass & mirror products

• Fabricate sealed unit windows

• Sandblast creative designs on glass & mirror

• Install products for clients

The successful candidate will be:

• Detail-oriented, as accuracy is critical in this role;

• Have minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role;

• Self-starter who is efficient and takes orders well;

• Proficient skills in cutting, polishing, beveling, shaping, and sandblasting

• Experience with installations is a definite asset

• Be able to work 6 days a week, including Saturdays

• Ability to speak Chinese (either Mandarin or Cantonese)

• Have a valid Canadian driver's license
